Directors

Rich King President | Chief Estimator
Rich began his career in the electrical industry in 1988. In 1995 he became an Estimator, shortly thereafter he was assigned a position in the Pre-construction Department and by 1999 was Chief Estimator overseeing $240 million in bids annually. In January of 2001, Rich joined the Electrical Contracting, Inc. team, an Encompass Company, as the Chief Estimator coordinating the estimates and budgets in Estimating, Pre-construction Services, Special Projects, Network Services and DC Power.

Now president of Prime, Rich is involved in estimating, project design, project management, and business operations of the corporation. Rich is directly responsible for overseeing project design and estimating for the electrical division, as well as meeting with the Construction Team on a regular basis to discuss coordination, construct-ability and cost issues; identifying conflicts and formulating solutions.

Craig Harvey Vice President | Network Services Field Operations
Craig Brings more than 13 years experience in network services to the Prime Electrical Services team, having worked in all facets of the trade. His experience and expertise include project management, project superintendent, project design, underground cable splicing, communications and computer room design, site survey and suitability evaluation, and consulting from installation to management.

Craig is able to work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong costumer service skills. Craig's extensive field experience insure that projects are completed on schedule with predictable results. As vice president of Prime Electrical Services, Craig manages telecommunications projects and oversees field installations, as well as coordinating pre-construction design, marketing and estimating.

Jim Harris Treasurer | Electrical Field Operations
Jim has more than twenty years of experience In the electrical industry. Since 1979 he has worked his way through the trade from apprentice to superintendent, becoming co-owner of a commercial contracting firm and finally establishing his own company in 1992. In January of 2000, Jim joined Electrical Contracting, Inc., part of the Encompass Services group, as project manager, estimating and coordinating special projects, distributed power and back-up power generation projects throughout Southern California.

With Prime Electrical Services since it's operations, Jim adds his experience by helping with the construction and service departments, and also gives his assistance with the technical coordination for designs for the construct-ability issues. As treasurer he shares responsibility for the business operations for the corporation.

Chris Rozenko Secretary | Special Projects
Chris began work in the electrical industry in 1986. After several years in the field, he moved into the office to learn estimating and design for tenant improvement projects. In 1999, Chris joined the Electrical Contracting, Inc. team, an Encompass Company, as department manager for the special projects and tenant improvements division.

As secretary of Prime, Chris brings 19 years of experience in estimating, project design, and project management for special projects and tenant improvements. Chris is responsible for meeting with engineers, designers, contractors and end users to coordinate project design, and to resolve construct-ability and budget issues. As project manager, he can stay with the project from the design stages through construction to the finished product.

Superintendents

Jim Barrett
Jim acquired an Associates Degree at the New Hampshire Vocational Technical College in 1984. With 21 years of field experience, Jim provides effective site coordination between the general contractor, subcontractors and governing agencies. He has numerous training courses in the trade which enable him in the assessment of impending manpower needs that have proven invaluable in each project completed for Prime Electrical.

Jim's project duties include: attending weekly construction meetings to discuss coordination, construct-ability and identifying conflicts with other systems and formulating solutions; manpower scheduling; and coordinating subcontractors.

Rich Huddleston
With over 23 years of experience in the electrical field, Rich brings a talented hand to Prime Electrical having worked in both control operations as well as ground-up work, handling courthouses, libraries, office complexes and grocery/ department stores. Rich also had the opportunity to head the field T.I. departments with Gould Electric and Encompass.

With Prime Electrical since its beginning operations, Rich is one of the two superintendents at Prime, overseeing several foreman and jobs at a time. Rich's project duties include: attending weekly construction meetings to discuss coordination, construct-ability and identifying conflicts with other systems and formulating solutions; manpower scheduling; and coordinating subcontractors.

Service Manager

Greg Wright
Greg started in the electrical trade in 1978. Greg's numerous experiences in the electrical field include energy management control wiring for Landis and Gear, training in Nurse Call systems, Fire Alarm, Intercom, Data/Telephone and TV cabling. In 1998 Greg was assigned to Servicing for Time Warner Cable and Telecom where he learned 48 volt DC power systems, Lucent steel racking and ladder work, large UPS and back generator installations, Satellite Dish grounding and cadwelding.

After five years in the service department at Encompass, Greg was hired by Prime Electrical services where he started out at Foreman but was soon asked to start a Service Department. Currently Greg is in charge of five full time service employees who are experienced in all fields of electrical work, including outlet additions, small tenant improvements, control wiring, communication hubs or large UPS and back-up generator systems.
