Alexis has been a Prime team member for over six years. She works to implement and maintain employee relations programs, manage HR and talent relations, update employee files, and more. She utilizes a positive personality and strong communication skills to encourage conversation with all of the Prime team and provide support to field operations. Alexis also showcases her organizational skills by managing and assisting in the recruiting process, then working with onboarding to ensure that all new Prime employees feel at home and ready to perform at their best. She is dedicated to serving all of the employees’ best interests, expertly handling employee health benefits and providing HR support. Employee growth and development at the top of her priorities. Alexis also helps coordinates fun company events, such as the company picnic and Christmas party.
