Richard King

While in college, Rich King began work as a warehouse worker. After his graduation and reception of a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Rich was selected to begin working as a Project Engineer, and eventually became the Chief Estimator, overseeing over 250 million dollars’ worth of estimates annually. In 2000, Rich became the Chief Estimator at ECI where he remained until 2002. He uniquely began to specialize in estimation, design, engineering, and budgeting for large projects. From there, Richard was inspired to start his own company – Prime Electrical Services. He and his partners prided themselves on building Prime Electrical to have a cohesive and cooperative working environment between clients and employees. It was this promise, in addition to a strong set of core values, that allowed Prime to flourish from a small business into one of the most innovative and competitive companies within its scope. With almost 30 years in the Electrical field and two decades of experience in design and build, Richard is able to combine experience with ingenuity and provide a high standard of workmanship. As the President, Richard oversees all aspects of company operations including estimating, project management, and finance. Richard’s eye for detail and sharp mind ensure Prime remains a viable, efficient, and successful business.
