As far as What's New in September for Prime Electrical, September has marked a busy month for Prime! Lots of bids, lots of projects being wrapped up, and lots of new, fast-paced projects being worked on. The Prime team is handling it with grace! Our teams have been providing outstanding workmanship and design, working together smoothly, and keeping up with demanding projects. We are so proud of our team and the way that they are operating. Way to go, everyone!
In other news, September marked National Tradesman's day. There is so much skill and pride involved in being an electrician. One of the most amazing things about the profession or being part of the field of construction is seeing your work come to life on such a beautiful and grand scale. How many people can take a step back at the end of the day and say "I built that. My work is the reason that this functions." Electricians have their work immortalized and part of a larger picture. It is an essential profession that provides a basis for all other industries to operate off of. Without electricians, much of the world with cease functioning. Be proud of your work. You will always be a part of your project and your project will always be a part of you.
We had a variety of Prime crews working hard on Prime projects during the month of September. Prime project Target UCSD was recently wrapped up and the project was stunning! Visit our Project Portfolio page to view some of the photos! Whittier Area Community Church is drawing to a close as well. The project was very involved and required a significant amount of design work. It was a long project that required a special team with a strong dedication to client care and design expertise. Special shoutout to the Whittier team for their dedication and workmanship. Way to go! Another Prime project, Cue, is also very design-oriented and is moving at an extraordinarily fast pace. The Cue team also deserves a special shoutout for their adaptability and extreme speed! Additionally, shoutout to the Prime Underground team for their work on Cue. The underground work has created a strong, efficient system that saves time, money, and energy. The Access Youth Academy project is also looking great and moving quickly. Overall, great work everyone! We can't wait to unfold more new projects soon!
We have stepped up our outgoing visits to our Prime projects in an effort to get more photos of our projects and to be able to shout out the people who deserve credit - our Prime field team! It has been great seeing everyone, visiting some beautiful projects, and getting to see everyone's amazing work. Be sure to follow our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to get the latest news, view project updates, and cheer on the Prime team with Employee shoutouts. Odds are that you will be seeing jobs that you have worked on yourself! In regards to Prime Foremen, be sure to email cdking@primeelectrical.net to schedule a visit. Treats are provided for Prime team members - this month's treats were Starbucks gift cards!
It is crazy to think of how quickly this year has moved by. New challenges and guidelines have kept us continuously moving and adapting to a changing industry. We are grateful to our Prime field team for managing such strict schedules and for adapting to new guidelines with flying colors. We are also grateful for our office team - with Alexis at HR making sure everyone stays informed and safe, Amy and Denise handling business process and finance roles with ease, Carissa with research and policy design, and last but not least Beth making sure that everyone gets paid on time every time - everyone's favorite part of the week!

Updates & Changes
In terms of policy, we have reduced our maximum temperature readings from 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees Fahrenheit in accordance to new recommendations by the California government. It is a minor change but is important to be aware of. Remember that Prime policies, forms, memos, and safety meeting information sheets are available to download and fill out digitally or print and scan directly from our website on our employee login page. We hope that this convenience will make things a little bit easier for our Prime team.
